All sales of VA Packages are FINAL. NO REFUNDS.
The Client agrees to a minimum 3 month commitment for the selected service package. The Client will be given the option to renew or change the selected package one-month prior to the minimum 3 month commitment period expiration.
All services require a minimum 30-day notice of cancellation that must be provided from the Client to the Contractor in writing. Failure to provide 30-day’s notice of cancellation results in a full charge of the following month’s selected package rate.
Failure of Client to attend weekly meeting without a 48-hour written notice will result in a 50% hour reduction for the week of the missed meeting.
Failure to communicate within 48 hours or provide weekly tasks for Ashley will result in lost hours.
